Late Lunch early dinner. I had the Chicken Philly Wrap and sweet potato fries. Fantastic food with an even better view. The service was very quick. They also had merchandise & ice cream by the scoop.
We had never heard of this place until driving through and finding it online. The reviews were really good so we thought we would try it out. We are so happy we did. The service was quick and friendly and it didn’t take long for our food to arrive. I’m sorry for not posting pictures but I just had to dig in. I ordered the Reuben w/chips and I swear there was almost an inch of corned beef on the sandwich. It was DELICIOUS and more than I could eat. (I’ll enjoy the rest tomorrow). My wife had the catfish sandwich which hung off the edges of the hoagie bun and was golden brown and crispy also with chips. My father had the catfish dinner with fries and a couple of hush puppies. His fillets were also cooked perfectly and they were larger than he expected. We all thoroughly enjoyed food and the whole experience. AND THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW!
We went here on a trip to Branson. The food was GREAT. Our waitress was a Blond Short Haired lady. She was very friendly.
We were out showing property and decided we needed a treat. We decided to share a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Curly Fries. They were good...then we shared a Turtle Cheesecake with Hot Fudge. It was really good. Sweet tea was good, not overly sweet like a lot of places. Service was good. They were all very friendly...funny too. Loved the view of the lake. Sorry forgot to take pics before eating half of it! We'll be back when we're out showing property!
We come here every time we are in the area!!! It's close enough to Sunburst/Northfork, and near a few lodging places on Bull Shoals. Great service and food was always delicious. AWESOME pancakes and great portions, even the omelets were loaded. Biscuits and gravy was so good. GET DESERT my spouse loved the ice cream and the chocolate silk pie was great. I live 4 hours away and it's a diner I wish I had in my city. Overlooks Bull Shoals!
Great home cooking, great service and great pies!! If you are ever in the area, Cookies is a must stop. The food and the service are always great. They have a beautiful view of the lake. I love to set and look at the lake while I’m eating. Cookies was very clean. The atmosphere was relaxing.
Cookies has great food for any meal of the day. Love their country fried steak for breakfast. They have coke products which is another big plus. They have a huge variety of desserts: pies, brownies, carrot cake.
We walked in on independence day weekend and had to buy a sweet t-shirt...they had a great selection, and hats too. We were welcomed many times by all the friendly servers and were served quickly. All the servers who helped us were amazing. We tried the popcorn shrimp, spicy chicken sandwich, grilled chicken club, and a burger. It was all fantastic and there was something about the burger that just hit the spot. We live 45 minutes away and will be going back regularly. Great atmosphere and decor. Can't wait for another burger 🍔
